Extremely pleased with Neat Nellie!

So, I had really wanted to have my house professionally cleaned again after years of lapse but was nervous about how to proceed. I found this business on the internet and really liked the fact that they are small business, local, woman-owned, insured, and had great reviews. Tamara is a very good communicator; texting her is the best way to go (she’s extremely responsive and pleasant!). She offered a competitive quote for the job (instead of by hours).  I decided to go with it. She was able to schedule a cleaning session for me within days, and the two cleaning ladies showed up on time and were very polite and respectful. They introduced themselves and then were off to cleaning! Did everything as indicated in the deep cleaning package and worked very hard at it! When it became obvious to them that our house needed more time to clean than the initial estimate, I received a prompt call from Tamara. She explained nicely that an additional fee was needed, and what she quoted was entirely fair from my perspective. Not only that, she said I could pay the extra fee directly to the two cleaning ladies for them to keep (which to me shows that the management really values their staff and wasn’t trying to take any extra cuts for the management itself). At this point, I was more than happy to do that, as I already saw the amazing work the cleaning ladies had done thus far and was confident that they will finish the work strongly.
