“At the beginning of the year, we needed to find a new cleaning service after using another service for more than two years. It felt a bit daunting. I went on Yelp and got six quotes from various companies. Then narrowed the Yelp list to two and got additional info. We decided to go with Neat Nelly and I am very glad that we did. The key decision factors for me were professionalism, responsiveness, cost (they were one of the most competitive in terms of pricing), reliability of getting a consistent person or team and insurance. Did a great job cleaning the house before move in. Highly recommend for responsiveness and accommodating our schedule on short notice.
I found them through Yelp and they are wonderful. My tenant didn’t move on time and they changed it for me to later in the day. The job the cleaning person did is amazing too. She was thorough, she was on-time, polite, products smelled great. I am extremely happy with the job completed.
