“We’ve had the same housekeeper from Neat Nelly for about two years now. She is phenomenal. Cleans well and efficiently, always friendly, on time, takes care of things like it’s her own home. Paying is easy through Zelle, rescheduling is not a hassle the few times we’ve needed to do it. I love getting the email and text reminders. This is a very well-run and responsive company and I love that we’ve had the same housekeeper for all this time.”
